LlamaParse Platform provides security assurance documentation and contractual agreements to support enterprise evaluations.

## Security assurance and compliance

- **SOC 2 Type II** — LlamaParse Platform has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. The report is available through the [Trust Center](https://security.llamaindex.ai).
- **GDPR and EU data protection** — an EU deployment and EU Data Processing Agreement are available. See [EU data protection](/llamaparse/general/enterprise-readiness/eu-compliance/index.md) for the EU DPA, Standard Contractual Clauses, and our Article 27 representative.
- **HIPAA** — a HIPAA-compliant processing pipeline is available for Enterprise customers, with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available on request.

## Contracting

A **Data Processing Agreement (DPA)** and **Master Service Agreement (MSA)** are available as part of enterprise contracting. The DPA addresses:

- Scope of processing
- Data subject rights
- Subprocessor disclosures
- Breach-notification obligations
- Data deletion provisions

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is also available as part of contracting.
