LlamaParse Platform offers an EU deployment and data-protection agreements for organizations with EU requirements.

## EU hosting

The EU instance is available at [cloud.eu.llamaindex.ai](https://cloud.eu.llamaindex.ai), hosted on AWS in Frankfurt. See [Regions](/llamaparse/general/regions/index.md) for the EU API endpoint and regional setup.

## EU DPA and international transfers

The EU Data Processing Agreement (DPA) includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for applicable EU-to-US transfers of personal data. These transfers can include access by US-based engineering and operational personnel.
